Back to School BBQ & Open House

Thursday, August 9 th 5:00pm-7:00pm

Please plan to attend! You will also have an opportunity to meet your scholar’s teacher(s) and see where he/she will be for the upcoming school year! We will also hold very important family meetings to discuss scholar and family expectations, the grading policy, schedules, curriculum, uniforms and more! Dinner will be served. Parent Meetings will
be held in the Café during the following times:

Grades Times

Kinder 5:00 - 5:20 (Then families will go to individual classrooms)

1st - 2nd 5:30 - 5:50
3rd - 5th 6:00 - 6:20
6th - 8th 6:30 - 6:50
